Work......

Hannah Montana
1.She lives 2 life's as Miley Stewart and Hannah Montana.
2.She thinks shes going on a trip but finds out its her grandma's b-day.So her dad says yes but then she ends up in her hometown.
3.Hannah hated it at first but then she felt at home and reviled her secret to the whole of Crowley corners.But she thinks she has to give up her life but she doesn't.

Wizards of Waverly Place (Movie)
1.She lives on Waverley place with her best friend,two brothers and parents and she is a wizard.
2.She wishes her mum and dad away and now has to battle of her brother in the family wizard contest.
3.She wins the contest but loses all her family but she gains the magic stone and wishes that non of it had happened.

Karate Kid
1.Young boy has to move to china to live there because of his mother.
2.He gets bullied around in china but gets saved buy an old man and begs him to teach him karate and now has to compete with the bullies
3.He wins in the contest and becomes friends with them.

Japan...

Japan is an island in the East Asia, located in the Pacific Ocean and it lies to the east of the Sea of Japan, China, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, stretching from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south.

The characters that make up Japans name means ‘sun-origin’, which is why Japan is sometimes referred to as the ‘Land Of The Rising Sun’. Japan has the tenth largest population in the world with over 127 million people.

About 99% of Japan speaks Japanese as their first language. There are two forms of language in Japan: Standard Japanese and common Japanese, which is the colloquial language.

My Goals For 2010...

My goal for reading was to increase my reading age by a year. I am not quite there yet but to get there will need to concentrate harder during reading at school, play a range of reading games and increase my reading mileage.
To improve my writing I need to have a thesaurus with me when I write to increase my vocabulary, make sure I write in detail and paragraph my writing.
My goal for mathematics was to score 80% in basic facts. I have achieved this goal and now want to score 100% by the end of the year. To achieve this I need to continue learning facts I do not know, testing myself and getting my parents to test me.

What are Net games?

Net Games...
I think Net games are games that maybe involve nets like soccer, hockey and , also I think its when you have to score a goal in a net sort of like in a hoop and you have to try and get the ball of the opposite team that your playing.

Tactics...
I think tactics are like figuring out how your going move around, trying to the ball.Working out what your team mates are going to do (disturbing your opposite team so your attackers can get the ball), choosing who's going to be the defenders and that sort of stuff.

P.E Assessment- invasion games.

What do good attackers do?
Good attackers try to get the ball and they also try to score goals for their team, they pass the ball to their team mates, they use the space they have been given.

What do good defenders do?
They try to keep the ball away from the opposite team from scoring a goal,they also use the space they have been given and they pass the ball to other team mates.

what I think I improved on throughout the unit..

I think I used the space a lot more,passed the ball but I did try my best to get the ball and I achieved that so I think I'm doing pretty well.

What I Think our class needs to work on a lot better... Well maybe pass to the girls a bit more that's if their close enough,spreed out a little more (use the space better).

Weathering changes the earths surface.

*Wind-It moves things around like /sand/water/rocks...
*Water-Makes things move around or wash things away like rocks/land/dust...
*Rain-It changes the landforms
*Floods-Wash things away/ moves land/...
*Storms lighting/storms/wind...
*Lighting storms/wind...
*cyclones-They change the landforms
*Tornado's-win/moves things around
*Water spouts-A tornado but instead of wind its water so a water tornado.

Erosion changes the earths surface.
*Wind-Moves sand/dust/water
*Ice-expands the land to grow
*Water-Moves and washes rocks/land/sand/dust
*Erosions- wind that moves water and land

Spelling
My goal for this is to : Get 11.5 or more.
To achieve this goal I will:
*Get my parents to test me.
*When writing use a dictionary.
*Read a range of materials.
*Learning words that I don't know how to spell.
*Understand the different sounds letters make.
*Learn and use different strategies-e.g. chunking etc.

Reading
My reading age is 11.5
My goal for this year is to: Get at least 12.5 or more.
To achieve this goal I will:
*Read at more at home
*Go to the library
*Play reading games.

Basic Facts
My first score of the year was 66/100
My goal for this year is to get 79/100 in my basic facts
To achiever this goal I will:
*Practice at home
*Play maths games
